Lee MohrmanCEO & Behaviour Consultant

Lee Mohrman

Lee received a Master of Science in Education degree from Indiana University and is a Licensed Mental Health Counselor. Her life purpose has been centered around advocating for others. She worked as a Court Appointed Special Advocate for children in need of services and served on the Fort Wayne Community School Board for eight years. Lee provided mental health counseling to children, families, couples and individuals for more than twenty years and has 15 years of experience as a behavioral consultant. She enjoys working with individuals with intellectual disabilities, their families, and caregivers in a variety of settings including home, community, and day programming.

Lee is passionate about teaching and motivating individuals to live a full and happy life with a focus on enhancing social and communication skills, interpersonal relationships, and building on personal strengths to live life with pride and purpose.

Lynn TaylorCOO & Behaviour Consultant

Lynn Taylor

Lynn is a Clinical Social Worker, a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist and a Licensed Alcohol and Drug Therapist with over thirty years of experience in the mental health field. She has worked in many settings including outpatient mental health, residential programs, inpatient programs, criminal justice systems and in private practice. She has been a behavioral consultant for eight years. She was a two term president of the Governor's Task Force on Women's Heath Issues for the state of Indiana. She was the founding member of ICAADA's Drug Certification Drug Board and served as president of that board. She has extensive training in the field of psychotherapy, including diagnoses, psychopharmacology, treatment techniques and interventions. She is a current member of the Indiana Association of Behavioral Consultants.

These experiences provide Lynn with a vast knowledge base to address the needs of all she works with, including those with Autism, Intellectual Disabilities and particularly those with dual diagnoses.

In her spare time Lynn loves spending time with her family, gardening, fishing, playing on Pinterest, collecting heart shaped rocks, and reading mysteries.

Alyson CampbellRecreational Therapist

Alyson Campbell

Alyson Campbell holds a Bachelors in Exercise Science from Anderson University and a Masters of Recreational Therapy from Indiana University. While in school, she had volunteer opportunities that inspired her to follow her passion of helping individuals with developmental and intellectual disabilities to develop skills to become their best selves. She became a Direct Support Professional (DSP) while she was obtaining her CTRS in 2021. She brings creativity and high energy to all she works with.

Outside of work, Alyson enjoys being surrounded by friends and family. She enjoys being outdoors, playing with her dogs, and being next to a campfire.

Amanda FluckBehaviour Consultant

Amanda Fluck

Amanda received her Master's in Clinical Mental Health Counseling and Masters in Rehabilitation Counseling from the University of Saint Francis. She is a licensed mental health counselor associate (LMHCA) and is working towards her mental health counselor license (LMHC). She has a over 13 years experience working with adults and children of all ages with intellectual and developmental disabilities. Prior to becoming a LMHCA, Amanda has gained the experience as a direct support professional team leader in day program settings, a Qualified Developmental Disability Professional, a Mental health technician, a behavioral consultant and most recently as a Director of Behavior Management. Amanda is passionate about advocating for individuals wants and needs, so they can live their best lives.

In her spare time, she spends time with her husband and three dogs and is an avid animal lover. Her hobbies include reading and spending time with family and friends.

Ann ChuppBehaviour Consultant

Ann Chupp

Ann Chupp has a Bachelor's Degree in Special Education and a Master's Degree in Intense Interventions. She taught special education for 23 years, to those with moderate, severe and profound intellectual disabilities, emotional disabilities, and multiple disabilities. She has been a Behavioral Consultant for over 18 months. She brings passion to her work with those with Autism, Downs Syndrome, intellectual, and physical disabilities.

She was born with congenital hearing loss in both ears and wears hearing aids in both ears. This has given her a deep, unique empathy and understanding of those folks with similar disabilities. She has lived in Fort Wayne for most of her life and has been married 22 years to her husband David. She has three children and is very involved in all of their extra-curricular activities. She loves animals and has two cats and two dogs that bring great joy to her.

Ashley ZigovitsBehaviour Consultant

Ashley Zigovits

Ashley obtained her Masters degree in Psychology from the Institute of Technology in Fort Wayne. She continued on with her Masters degree at the University of Saint Francis, focusing on Clinical Mental Health in 2013. During that time, she completed her first internship with Headwaters Counseling, helping adults with depression, anxiety, and ADHD. In addition, she assisted with the Alcoholics Anonymous meetings. During her second internship, she worked with children at Everyday Counseling. While there she gained invaluable experience with those with trauma-based experiences, intellectual disabilities and the autistic spectrum. Ashley is always willing to advocate for her clients' wants and needs, so that they can live their very best lives.

In her spare time, Ashley spends time with her son and her two dogs. She is an avid reader, enjoys cooperative games, and loves traveling with her close friends. She has a dream of one day becoming a clinical psychologist, and to travel around the world, especially to Hungary & Scotland.

Danielle RupnowBehaviour Consultant

Danielle Rupnow

Danielle holds her master's degree and license in Science Education professional School Counseling from the University of Saint Francis. She previously worked in the field of education teaching Health, Careers, and physical education. has over nine years of experience as a behavioral consultant. As a result of her experiences, she has many strengths and skills including supporting, advocating, empowering, and creating behavioral interventions for individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities to encourage them to make strides towards living their best life. She feels passionate about giving back to the community and has served on many boards and volunteered throughout her career. Danielle has been providing individuals with quality services across multiple settings, with ages ranging from 7-84 years old, and specializing with those with medical needs such as Type 1 diabetes and seizures.

Danielle has engaged individuals in social activities and trips of choice getting them out of their comfort zone, i.e., concerts, musicals, plays, movies, sports games, the zoo, etc. all while building on personalized skills. Danielle has worked in many facets, implementing group outings, conducting CEU sessions, training and assisting behavioral consultants and interns. One of her greatest strengths is in fostering team work and advocating for the individuals she serves.

David Martin

David Martin

David earned his Bachelor of Science in Psychological Science and BSN, with a concentration in clinical health psychology and rhetoric from Marian University. During his time as an undergraduate, he worked for Volunteers of America with a variety of populations including individuals with mental illness and developmental disorders. He subsequently earned both of his Master of Art degrees in Clinical Counseling and Rehabilitation Counseling from Ball State University. In addition, David received his graduate certificate in Neuropsychology from Ball State University. David earned his national board certification as a Certified Rehabilitation Counselor (CRC) in 2015 and acquiring licensure as a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC). He hopes to in the future return to school and finish his PhD. David loves challenging situations and cases, while exploring creative solutions with the individuals he supports, their support teams, and their families.

David's clinical expertise includes: adolescents, adults, and family systems; individuals suffering from anxiety or depression; genetic disorders; behavioral neuroscience; psychopharmacology; motivational interviewing; cognitive behavioral approach; dialectal behavior therapy; narrative and interpersonal process therapy- specializing in dual diagnoses including serious mental illness, personality disorders, and neurodevelopmental disorders; and individuals with intellectual and developmental, physical disabilities with their supports and families.

Donyelle RobertsBehaviour Consultant

Donyelle Roberts

Donyelle is exceptionally skilled at providing a safe space for individuals to grow and reach personal goals. Working in public education for 20 years, Donyelle made it a point to reach every student utilizing the knowledge and skills gained from an undergraduate degree in fine arts and a graduate degree in education. After her tenure in the classroom, Donyelle spent time in the Sacred Valley of Peru. There she was immersed in a transformational yoga teacher training led by master instructors from the School Yoga Institute and earned her RYT 200 certification.

Through a combination of her expertise in yoga, breath-work, and mediation along with her background in education and art Donyelle provides a unique perspective and approach as a behavioral consultant to best serve individuals with special needs. Donyelle has always had a passion for teaching and helping others and continues to add to her toolbox with continuing education in therapy, counseling, and coaching.

Emily CookBehaviour Consultant

Emily Cook

Emily received her Masters in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from the University of Saint Francis and is currently a licensed mental health counselor associate (LMHCA). She is working towards her mental health counselor licensure (LMHC). She has nine years of experience working as a behavior consultant. She is also currently working as a practicing mediator, and as a licensed teacher in the state of Indiana focusing on family supports. Emily was also a previous member of the board of directors at GiGi's Playhouse for which she still passionately promotes. She is a proud mother of three children and enjoys spending her free time with her family.

Jennifer SanowRecreational Therapist

Jennifer Sanow

Jennifer has worked as a direct support professional, a site supervisor, area supervisor, and at a program in a supportive living setting. She received her degree in Recreational Therapy from Indiana Tech in 2012. While achieving her career goals and dreams, Jen was also able to fulfill her love of soccer while playing on the women's team. Upon receiving her diploma, Jen has been fortunate enough to work with people of all ages, abilities, and lifestyles, helping her become the well-rounded rec therapist she is today. Her love for being active, creative, and imaginative carry over into her passion for creating personalized treatment plans.

When Jen isn't working, she enjoys spending her free time with her wife and daughter, as well as all of her fur babies at home. She enjoys sports year-round, loves to be outside, and is always learning new things and taking on new projects.

Kim TaylorRecreational Therapist

Kim Taylor

Kimberly is a graduate of Indiana State University in the study of Recreation Management with an emphasis in Therapeutic Recreation. In her over 25-year career Kimberly has felt blessed to work not only in different areas in her career, but, also in different states. She has been a Direct Support Professional, Manager over Community Living, Assistant Social Worker, Recreational Therapist, Case Manager, and many, many more roles. She has worked in Indiana (her home state), Missouri, Kansas, and Colorado. Kimberly enjoys working with individuals on their goals and finding creative ways for them to be successful in their community. She, also, loves to educate people on the role of Recreational Therapist and what it all means. She was given the opportunity to do just this at the collegiate level by being an adjunct professor at Colorado State University Pueblo teaching Introduction to Recreational Therapy.

In her free-time, Kimberly enjoys spending time with her 6 kids, and is excited to be a Nana to Rohen. Kimberly and her husband, Robert, spend a lot of time outdoors camping, hiking (in Colorado), and off-roading in their Honda SXS. She creates on her Cricut, reads, listens to podcasts, and loves word searches.

Lindsey HurtBehaviour Consultant

Lindsey Hurt

Lindsey received her Masters in Social Work from Indiana Wesleyan University. She has worked as a social worker for the last eight years. She has extensive experience working with families and children who have trauma, anxiety, and who are experiencing economic distress. She began working as a behavioral consultant once she graduated with her masters in May of 2023. Lindsey is extremely passionate in advocating for the indivduals she works with.

In her free time, she enjoys spending time with her husband and two dogs, camping, and reading.

MaryLou HartmanBehaviour Consultant

MaryLou Hartman

MaryLou has 33 years experience working with individuals with intellectual disabilities in many settings including large group settings, workshop settings and residential environments. She received her Master's degree in Special Education with a Minor in Emotional Disabilities from Ball State University. In 1998 she became a Behavioral Consultant. Her work in many different settings has provided MaryLou with vast array of experience and knowledge that enhances her ability to work with children and adults with special needs, dual diagnosis and Autism Spectrum Disorder.

MaryLou is a mother of two extremely talented and busy teenagers who keep her on her toes at all times. In her free time, she enjoys watching her kids in marching band and winter drumline, traveling the globe with her partner, home projects and reading a good mystery.

Maureen OdonoghueBehaviour Consultant

Maureen Odonoghue

Maureen received her Masters in Education, with a License in School Counseling from the University of Saint Francis. She has 30 years of experience as the Director of Guidance at New Haven High School. She also has several years as an adjunct faculty at Ivy Tech University. Her background has provided her with extensive knowledge and experience working with children with special needs. In addition, she has much experience and training in developmental psychology, and Autism Spectrum Disorder. She is a certified life coach and has a passion for encouraging and facilitating others in navigating through life transitions.

In her free time, she enjoys mahjong, gardening, DIY projects, reading, and spoiling her pups.

Natalie PughBehaviour Consultant

Natalie Pugh

Natalie received her Master's in Special Education from Indiana University Fort Wayne, in 2014. She has 15 years of teaching experience in public education. Her background has provided her with vast experience working with individuals diagnosed with ADHD, Autism Spectrum Disorder, and many other intellectual and developmental disabilities. She loves to integrate fun and creative thinking when working with her clients. She is passionate about advocating for her indivduals and the goals they have for their future.

In her free time, she loves to hang out with her family and friends, her dogs, and playing tennis.

Sierra Wible

Sierra graduated from Purdue University Global with her Masters of Science in Psychology. She has over ten years of experience as a case manager working with adults and children with intellectual and developmental disabilities. She is passionate about utilizing resources and tools in advocating for individuals. Sierra wishes to assist everyone in living their best life possible. Sierra enjoys spending time with family and friends. She has two daughters and enjoys camping, off-roading, and attending her daughters dance recital competitions.

Terri Wamhoff-MitroBehaviour Consultant

Terri Wamhoff-Mitro

Terri received her Masters in Healthcare Administration. She has twenty-five years of experience working with individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities as a case manager. She has also worked as a direct support professional and as a program director. She has been a behavioral consultant for two years. These experiences have provided her with a thorough understanding of each individual's needs. One of her biggest passions is advocating for the individuals she works with.Terri is creative and thinks outside of the box, which allows her to be flexible and effective in assisting all she works with to achieve their goals for a good life.

Terri has three wonderful children, two beautiful grandchildren, and one great granddaughter. She has three dogs, two sugar gliders, and a love bird. In her spare time, she is an avid Chiefs fan.

Tiffany HerronBehaviour Consultant

Tiffany Herron

Tiffany is a dedicated mother of four, yoga enthusiast, certified Ayurvedic Yoga Specialist, and accomplished Behavior Specialist with a master's degree in psychology. With over two decades of experience in studying, practicing, and teaching yoga, Tiffany has cultivated a deep understanding of holistic well-being.

Tiffany's journey took an exciting turn in 2015 when she pursued a master's degree in psychology, from the University of Saint Francis, leading to a fulfilling career as a Behavior Specialist. Her passion for understanding the intricacies of the human mind and behavior has driven her to instruct courses at the University of Saint Francis. Here, Tiffany imparts her knowledge in Health, Abnormal, and Life span Psychology, contributing to the education and growth of aspiring individuals in the field.

Beyond her academic pursuits, Tiffany is a devoted advocate for the connections between individuals and nature. As the Vice President on the board of directors for the Giving Gardens of Indiana, a not-for-profit organization, she actively works towards fostering a deeper bond between children and the natural world. This commitment reflects Tiffany's belief in the profound impact nature can have on mental well-being. One of Tiffany's key focuses is working with children and adults with intellectual disabilities, including those on the Autism Spectrum. Trisha LeeBehaviour Consultant

Trisha Lee

Trisha received her Masters in Educational Psychology in 2014 from University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee. She has experience in education as both a teacher and a school counselor. Her background has provided her with experience in working with children of many different backgrounds and special needs including Autism Spectrum Disorder, Intellectual Disabilities, and more. Trisha currently serves as a behavior consultant in Hamilton County on the northeast side of Indianapolis and its surrounding areas.

In her free time, Trisha enjoys spending time with her family and children, and attending all of the recitals and sporting events that come along with that. Trisha's hobbies include music, camping, and fun outlets for physical activity such as yoga and walking her dog. She loves to incorporate mindfulness and fun while serving the needs of her clients.
